Parise's is a modern mobile bistro, serving award winning small batch roasts, a full espresso bar, frappes, Italian Soda, full pastry showcase and original Chef Parise signature bistro creations, like his famous Fried Cacio e Pepe cakes. the Parise Meatball Roll, Parise's Italian Sausage Roll, Prosciutto, Brie and Apricot Preserve Cornetto, Fresh Burrata and Mortadella Cornetti, Tomato Pies and of course, The Caprese Quiche & the famous Pizzagaina.
Chef Parise is always introducing new foods to the café, he is also available for small catering events and drop off service where its all inclusive.
